COLORADO SPRINGS — When Tuesday's derecho snapped three red oaks across Briargate Boulevard, residents called Canopy Tree Service. By 6 a.m. Wednesday, owner Marcus Delgado had a seven-person crew clearing the corridor, 14 trees removed before noon.
